By accessing or using Memory Flip (the "Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Game.

Memory Flip is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to use the Game for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Game complies with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

3. Intellectual Property

The Game and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Memory Flip and its licensors. The Game is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

4. Game Progress

The Game saves your progress (current level and highest level achieved) using your web browser's localStorage feature. This data is stored locally on your device. We are not responsible for any loss of game progress data.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Memory Flip, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Game after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
